There are several compounds in ajowan essential oil. The main ones include: thymol, gamma-terpinene, p-cymene, and beta-pinene. It also includes alpha-pinene, alpha-thujene, beta-myrcene, carvacrol, limonene, and terpinene-4-ol in ajowan oil.
